The East Broad Top is a separate division of the Penn Western Railroad. It is run as a tourist
railroad with occasional need for carrying freight. The operations emphasis is on a Fall
Spectacular Day in which the M-1 and all the freight cars are brought out and run as a special
ending of the tourist season in October. The passenger train runs from Orbisonia to a restored
